We offer refunds or exchanges on unopened products within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond the 30 day window we cannot offer you a refund or exchange unfortunately. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will be required to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that we can't offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on products that can't be sold due to uncontrollable factors such as acts of God, weather, war, strikes, or any other force majeure event. We do not offer refunds on vaping products.

You will be notified once our team has inspected your returned item. You will then receive an email with a confirmation or rejection of your refund. Please allow 2-3 days for this email to be sent to you.

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. This refund payment may take up to 7 days. 

Refund Exclusions

We do not accept refunds on sale and/or discounted items under any circumstances. 


Please note exchanges are only accepted on items that appear visually defective or damaged upon delivery. We do not accept exchanges on any item you deem not to work as intended.
