The roll-on applicator is convenient because you can simply apply by using the roller quickly without getting any on your hands. The squeeze tube might be preferable if you want to apply a larger amount or if you’re sharing it with other people.

Freeze and other CBD topical products with painkillers are typically used after activity, targeting stiff and sore spots. You can use it preventatively if you like, but be careful not to use it to mask the pain to the point where you injure yourself.
